Cancellation policy
When you can cancel
You can cancel an order from My Orders until we start processing it — while it shows as "Payment pending" or "Confirmed". Once it is being packed or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return eligible items after delivery under our Return Policy.
How to cancel
Open My Orders, choose the order and select Cancel. You will see a confirmation on screen and by email.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show the credit. Cash-on-delivery orders that are cancelled are not charged.
Cancellations by Diternox
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or a payment cannot be verified. If this happens we notify you and refund any amount paid in full.
