Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations, once shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,500. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track live status from "My Orders".
Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to over 24,000 pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on any product page to check availability.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods. We will notify you proactively if this happens.
